Role overview

Responsibilities

• Acquire new IT and technology clients in Dubai and the UAE.
• Generate opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
• Build relationships with HR, talent acquisition, hiring, procurement, and IT decision-makers.
• Understand staffing needs and coordinate candidate delivery with recruitment teams.
• Generate contract staffing, permanent hiring, contract-to-hire, and staff augmentation requirements.
• Own sales from lead generation and meetings through negotiation, onboarding, and closure.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations; negotiate terms, rates, margins, and contract requirements.
• Maintain an active pipeline, follow up with prospects, and expand existing accounts.
• Coordinate timely recruitment fulfilment and keep CRM records of sales activity.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets; monitor UAE market and competitor developments.

Required skills and experience

• 5+ years in IT staffing sales, recruitment sales, business development, or staffing solutions.
• Proven new client acquisition and B2B sales experience; understanding of the IT staffing/recruitment ecosystem.
• Experience selling contract staffing, permanent recruitment, contract-to-hire, or staff augmentation solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage the sales pipeline independently and achieve targets.
• Dubai/UAE IT market knowledge is preferred; existing UAE client or network connections are advantageous.
• LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, CRM, and other lead-generation tools experience is preferred.
