Support the Global OD team in managing administration, program logistics, learning operations, vendor coordination, calendar management, training nominations, LMS administration, report generation, dashboard preparation, learning analytics, AI/Copilot-enabled productivity tools, stakeholder communication, documentation & budget tracking. Responsible for ensuring smooth execution of all OD programs and maintaining operational excellence through technology and data insights.
