Role overview
The Senior Property Management Analyst III supports government property accountability and asset management work.
Description of work and responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end property accountability processes covering receipt, storage, inventory, movement, and disposition.
- Evaluate material and asset financial records, audit evidence, and performance metrics; recommend improvements to the Government.
- Research complex inventory and logistics discrepancies, assess causes, and recommend corrections.
- Develop or refine SOPs, reporting methods, and process improvements supporting quality and risk management.
- Support disposition planning, documentation improvements, and technical screening; prepare management reports and briefings.
Required skills and qualifications
- More than 10 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to perform the duties and use applicable Government systems, SOPs, and records controls.
- Must possess an active SECRET security clearance.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in any field preferred.
- Engineering or science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis preferred.
- Experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations preferred.
Compensation
- The listed salary range is $71,000 to $75,000 annually.
