Managed Services Engineering Internship

Key Responsibilities
- Support senior engineers in troubleshooting mission-critical IT and Radio systems.
- Assist in tracking system performance and documenting incident resolutions.
- Collaborate with web, mobile, and middleware teams to understand complex technical workflows.
- Help prepare reports for customer meetings regarding service availability.
- Learn to monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
