Internship Overview
Assist the International Services team in delivering mission-critical IT and communication solutions.
Hands-on experience with mission-critical software applications, AI, and automation used in command centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior engineers in troubleshooting mission-critical IT and Radio systems.
- Assist in tracking system performance and documenting incident resolutions.
- Work with web, mobile, and middleware teams to understand complex technical workflows.
- Help prepare reports for customer meetings regarding service availability.
- Learn how to monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Basic Requirements
- Recent graduate in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Basic understanding of Networking, IT systems, or Wireless Communications.
- Strong desire to learn mission-critical technologies.
- Bilingual: proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
Travel and Relocation
- Travel requirement is under 25%.
- No relocation provided.
