Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Valid **DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi)** License or Eligibility Letter (mandatory)
- All educational and professional certificates must be attested as per UAE requirements
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of **2 years of nursing experience** (school nursing experience preferred)
- Sound knowledge of first aid, emergency response, infection prevention, and child health
- Ability to assess and manage student health concerns and medical emergencies
- Experience in maintaining student health records and administering medications as prescribed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and school administration
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to students and staff
- Monitor and maintain students' health records and medical documentation
- Administer medications in accordance with medical prescriptions and school policies
- Promote health awareness and preventive healthcare within the school community
- Ensure compliance with **ADEK**, **DOH**, and UAE health and safety regulations
- Maintain the school clinic, medical supplies, and infection control standards
