Job description

Key Responsibilities

• 1.
• Recording and maintaining journal and account entries, reconciling accounts, and investigating variances for accuracy and correction
• 2.
• Preparing and maintaining financial statements, balance sheets, and reports for internal and external use
• 3.
• Processing accounts payable and receivable, invoices, expense reports, and bank transactions, including deposits, check processing.
• 4.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end financial closings, corporate reporting, and ad hoc financial analyses.
• 5.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement
• 6.
• Responding to internal and external inquiries related to financial transactions and providing quality review of work completed by peers
• 7.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• 1.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required
• 2.
• Familiarity with accounting software and spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel
• 3.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in bookkeeping practices
• 4.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Experience: 3-5 years
• Male only any Nationality
• Education: Graduate /master's degree
• Language: English / Basic Arabic is an advantage
• Good in communication skills
• Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
• Ability to commute/relocate:
• Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
