Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day guest operations, including check-in, check-out, and room inventory management.
• Ensure that all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest feedback, complaints, and special requests.
• Handle escalated guest issues with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve conflicts and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance the guest experience and optimize operational workflows.
• Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to coordinate guest services and resolve operational issues.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.

Quality Assurance

• Monitor and evaluate guest interactions to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards in rooms and apartments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in guest services, operations, or guest relations, preferably within the hospitality or holiday rental industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with guests and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Valid driving license required.
• **Salary:** AED 3,000 per month
• Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
