Make More on Long-Haul OTR: Zero-Touch Freight & $81K+ Base

Take the wheel on a high-mileage regional dry van operation covering multiple states across the Western and Central U.S. (servicing major lanes from WA and CA down to TX and FL without entering the Northeast).

You'll pilot condo equipment averaging 2,500 miles per week on a reliable schedule of 2 weeks out followed by 2 days of home time.

All freight is 100% no-touch, split between drop-and-hook runs, live unloads, and live reloads.

Appointment tracking requires daily communication and ETA updates, and certain drivers may complete a 1-week mentor onboarding ride-along. Orientation takes place in Colton.

Compensation features experience-based mileage rates from $0.55 to $0.59 cpm .

Projected weekly earnings average $1,540 ($80,080 annualized), while top earners clear $1,895 weekly ($98,540 annualized)

Candidates must possess 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last year (or balanced road time over 10 years), pass a DOT physical, urine test, and hair follicle drug screen .
