Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ensure smooth operation of production machines with minimum downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance records.
- Coordinate with production teams to improve machine efficiency and productivity.
- Install, test, and commission new machinery and equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the fastener industry.
- Knowledge of cold forging machines, thread rolling machines, heat treatment equipment, and air compressors is an advantage.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve machine issues quickly.
- Basic understanding of PLC systems and industrial electrical circuits is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
