Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 1+ year experience in hands on experience in facilities or equipment maintenance
  • Must be able to obtain forklift license through the Company
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and standard maintenance equipment.
  • Effective communication skills to interact professionally with vendors, contractors, and internal leadership.
  • Basic computer proficiency for submitting work orders, tracking maintenance logs, and communicating via email.
