Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises all the press laborers’ performance and trains them.
• Sets and operates the press machines in adherence to quality and safety rules and regulations.
• Performs various production duties as assigned.
• Moves, secures, installs, builds, loads, or unloads materials.
• Moves items from place to place, according to direction from the Operation Supervisor.
• Repairs faulty machinery and damaged structures.
• Implements preventative maintenance procedures.
• Assists in the setup of ventilation, heating, and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality, and conduct repairs when necessary.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma/Technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in machinery maintenance.
• Must Have knowledge in mechanical parts (rotating shafts, bearings, gaskets, pumps...).
• Prefer to have knowledge in electrical components (VFD, contactors, relays, sensors, motors...).
• Able to track and keep records of spare parts inventory.
• Languages: English, Hindi is a plus.
• Driving license is a plus.
