Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues
Minimize equipment downtime through rapid response and effective problem-solving
Support and maintain the preventive maintenance (PM) program
Assist with maintenance inventory and spare parts management
Train and support new employees as needed
Follow all safety, environmental, and quality requirements
Work independently while collaborating with production and maintenance teams
What We're Looking For
Industrial Maintenance degree/certificate or equivalent related experience
Experience with:
PLCs
Hydraulics and pneumatics
Robotics
Welding
AC/DC electrical systems
Motor controls
Plumbing
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety
Valid driver's license
Physical Requirements
Ability to work from ladders and lifts
Frequently lift up to 35 lbs.; occasionally up to 75 lbs.
Ability to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in a manufacturing environment
