- Newspapers – from sidewalk & lobbies to mail room area
- Unlock revolving doors
- Blow leaves/litter from stairs and garages
- Sweep/Blow/Power wash building entryways & patio
- Clean & maintain patio – wipe down tables & chairs, raise & lower umbrellas, sweep area.
- Respond to tenant requests for lights, doors, appliances, etc.
- Police garage, parking garage stairwells, loading docks/dumpster areas, grounds around the buildings, & highway frontage.
- Ensure all electrical closets, janitor closets, roof access, building storage, and loading docks are secure and all hazards are removed.
- Only ladders, carts, and light bulbs are allowed in electrical closets. Remove all other items.
- Clean tops of breaker panels and ensure all panels are closed
- Ensure all walkways and corridors are free of obstacles and ADA compliant.
- Grounds maintenance, power washing and minor plumbing as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or facilities maintenance preferred.
- Experience in commercial property maintenance,
- Strong working knowledge of building systems and general maintenance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
