Maintenance Support Technician | First Shift
Role Overview
The Maintenance Support Technician is a developmental role designed for individuals beginning a career in industrial maintenance.
The position will initially focus heavily on preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, work orders, and basic repairs while building hands-on troubleshooting skills.
As knowledge and capability grow, the technician will gradually take on more complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance responsibilities.
Conveniently located in Greendale, Indiana—just 15 minutes from CVG Airport, 25 minutes from the Cincinnati Zoo and downtown Cincinnati, and only a few minutes from the Lawrenceburg casino—offering an easy commute and access to local attractions.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8AM-5PM and Fridays 6:30AM-3PM.
No on-call responsibility and weekends.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Currently enrolled in, recently completed, or graduated from an Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Technology, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical program; or possess equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of related maintenance, technical, manufacturing, internship, co-op, lab, or hands-on training experience preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of motor controls and single-phase and three-phase electrical systems required.
