- Oversee and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) maintenance activities, ensuring optimal building system performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, minimizing downtime and extending the lifespan of MEP equipment.
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
- Manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs and ensuring efficient allocation of resources for repairs, upgrades, and supplies.
