Maintenance Supervisor - EAST (2023207)

Job Overview

Accountabilities

• Establish schedules and plan maintenance services by identifying resources, materials, work categories, priorities and store location needs.
• Provide technical supervision and custodial and event support during work implementation to assure quality standards.
• Participate in developing goals, objectives, policies and procedures and recommend improvements.
• Supervise corrective and preventive maintenance and safety programs per SLA and approved schedule.
• Participate in preparation and administration of the maintenance operation budget and monitor expenditures.
• Manage petty cash funds and execute liquidation and reimbursement of maintenance expenses.
• Monitor and control warehouse supplies and stock through coordination with the assigned Storekeeper.
• Coordinate and supervise construction, remodeling and refurbishment projects and verify completed work.
• Conduct weekly Toolbox Talk meetings and participate in operation and performance review meetings.
• Conduct regular maintenance inspections of pharmacies, including building systems and Ministry of Civil Defense safety requirements.
• Participate in hiring, orientation, leadership, motivation and coaching of team members.
• Meet with service providers and assist the Maintenance Manager in preparing contract terms.

Job Requirements

• BSc degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in the MEP engineering field (mechanical, electrical and plumbing).
• MS Office Suite and basic AutoCAD.
• English and Arabic language proficiency.

Work Environment

• Indoors: 20%; Outdoors: 80%.
• 6 working days per week with 1 day off per week.
• Working hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour break.
