Job Description Job Purpose
- Coordinate and execute all workshop activities.
- Ensure timely completion of CNC machining, welding, fabrication, and repair work.
- Support mobile equipment maintenance, 3D printing, and dimensional measurement (CMM).
- Provide technical guidance to technicians across multiple trades.
- Maintain high workmanship standards and safety compliance.
- Support continuous improvement in workshop tools, processes, and capabilities.
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prioritize workshop tasks and daily operations.
- Assign tasks to technicians and monitor work progress.
- Assist in machining, welding, fabrication, and equipment repairs.
- Support CNC job allocation, setup, and machining inspection.
- Ensure workshop safety, PPE compliance, and housekeeping.
- Troubleshoot workshop equipment and perform dimensional checks (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Technical Diploma or apprenticeship training preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of workshop or shop-floor technician experience.
- Experience in industrial or automotive workshop environments preferred.
- Hands-on experience in CNC machining, welding, fabrication, mobile equipment maintenance, 3D printing, and precision measurement.
- Knowledge of SAP PM/MM modules for maintenance planning and material management.\
