Qualifications
- Relevant Trade or Engineering background (mechanical trade)
- Experience in CHPP or Processing Plant Operations (or similar)
- Current S123 and G2
- Knowledge of Coal Mining Safety and Health Act & legislation and its application in the workplace
- Acquired computer software skills including Microsoft Suite (project, excel, word, power point etc) and Maintenance Management Systems (SAP or similar)
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate various projects
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong safety focus with a demonstrated ability to promote and encourage safety
- General interest in being a team-oriented player, who will seek to raise the skill level of colleagues
- Attention to detail and ability to follow process
- Ability to accept new ideas and embrace change
