Required Qualifications:
- Trade certification or licensure in maintenance, HVAC/R, electrical, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or building operations
- Proven technical expertise in building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety
- Availability for on-call emergency response and flexible scheduling
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, and safety training requirements
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate mobile equipment safely
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with building automation and monitoring systems (BMS)
- Familiarity with medical facility operations, first aid, and medical waste disposal protocols
- Background in chemical management oversight and commodity resource management
- Prior experience managing subcontracted services and vendor relationships
- Knowledge of crisis management planning and emergency evacuation procedures
- Experience in multi-site or corporate facility environments
- Additional certifications in specialized systems (e.g., refrigeration, security systems, generator maintenance)
- Location: Brookville, OH
- Work Shift: 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift
- Salary/Comp: $30 - $32.45/hr
