Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Maintenance Supervisor
to lead the maintenance team and ensure the reliable operation of bakery production equipment and facility systems.
The successful candidate will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, minimize downtime, and maintain a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and reduce production downtime.
- Manage maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and work schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety and food manufacturing standards.
- Lead and develop maintenance technicians and support staff.
Equipment Experience Required
- Rondo Sheeter
- Rondo Cromaster
• MIWE Rotary Oven
- Industrial deck ovens (diesel, electric, and gas-fired)
- Industrial proofers
- Bakery production and packaging equipment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Maintenance Technician role.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in bakery, food manufacturing, or industrial production environments preferred.
- Ability to lead a team and manage maintenance operations effectively.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and safety procedures.
