Role Description
Full-time, on-site Maintenance Supervisor role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
Oversees daily maintenance across building systems and general facility upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, and general facility maintenance.
- Plan and assign work orders; supervise technicians and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of repairs and inspections, diagnose issues, and prioritize tasks.
- Coordinate with facility managers and clients; maintain records of maintenance activities, materials, and costs.
- Enforce safety standards, ensure compliance with local regulations, and improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, workload planning, and performance oversight.
- Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance and general repair of building systems.
- Proficiency in preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot MEP, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of facility management practices, safety standards, and relevant UAE regulations.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or government property maintenance is highly beneficial.
- Good communication and reporting skills; ability to use CMMS or similar maintenance software.
- Technical diploma or degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
- Able to work on-site, respond to urgent call-outs, and manage multiple priorities.
