Maintenance Repair Worker

Richland County Building and Grounds Maintenance Department seeks a full-time Maintenance Repair Worker.

Applicant must have completed secondary education or four years' experience in skilled building maintenance and repair work, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, low-pressure boiler operation or equivalent. Valid Ohio driver's license; CDL Class B/Air Brake Endorsement preferred. In addition, may be required to obtain a license to spray herbicide/insecticide. Hourly rate: $20.75 with CDL; $19.15 without.
