Maintenance Planner

Qualifications

• Required
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience planning, scheduling, or coordinating maintenance activities.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms (SAP, Maximo, Fiix, eMaint, or similar).
• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Preferred
• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of maintenance planning or maintenance leadership experience.
• SAP PM or Maximo experience.
• CMRP, CRL, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma certifications.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

• A proactive maintenance professional who excels at planning and coordination, possesses strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, communicates effectively across departments, and drives equipment reliability through data-driven maintenance strategies.
• Success Metrics
• Maintain 90%+ schedule compliance.
• Achieve 95%+ PM completion rate.
• Increase planned maintenance work to 80%+ of total maintenance hours.
• Reduce emergency breakdown work orders.
• Improve equipment uptime and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Maintain accurate CMMS records and backlog management.
