Experience
- Required Demonstrated leadership ability, excellent communication, organizational, root cause analysis and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail, proven accuracy, ability to multi-task, and strong customer service skills. High school diploma or GED with demonstrated progress towards an associate or bachelor’s degree, computer literacy and knowledge of SAP preferred. Having a recognized trade by the Department of Labor in a related field and experience in scoping, planning and cost management also preferred but not required. 5 Years of experience in operations / manufacturing environment, with preference given to FDA regulated / GMP environment and previous experience with maintenance.
