Qualifications

  • Trade certification (electrical, mechanical) in building maintenance or relevant experience in the field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in building maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Building Code and all pertinent required regulations.
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements.
  • Demonstrates problem solving, troubleshooting, analytical and multi-tasking skills
  • Able to interpret construction drawing, blue prints, CAD drawing, owner manuals, operation manual and maintenance manual

  • Salary
  • $45,600.00 - $68,500.00
  • Competitive Compensation: The salary range for this position is listed above. Giant Tiger will consider factors such as experience, skills and internal equity to ensure you are paid competitively.
  • Retirement Support: We automatically contribute 6% of your annual earnings to a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan account for you, fully funded by the company for all permanent, full-time employees.
