Maintenance Mechanic
Role Overview
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving conveyor systems and material handling equipment in a warehouse and distribution environment.
This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance activities on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and facility equipment to ensure operational reliability and minimize downtime.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with conveyor systems and industrial equipment, can independently perform routine troubleshooting and repairs, and is committed to maintaining a safe and efficient operation.
The Maintenance Mechanic works closely with Operations, and other Maintenance staff to support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Required
- 1–3 years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, facilities, or related maintenance experience.
- Experience working with conveyor systems:
- Working knowledge of:
- Bearings
- Belts and chains
- Motors and gearboxes
- Rollers and conveyors
- Basic pneumatics and hydraulics
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and standard maintenance equipment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to document work electronically.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred
- Experience in warehouse automation, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience.
- CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo, Fiix, or similar systems).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders for extended periods.
- Work in warehouse and industrial environments with varying temperatures.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and alternative shifts as business needs require.

- Pay Range:
- $29.00 - $32.00 hourly
- The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
