Education and Experience

  • Required
  • Associates Degree or equivalent and at least five years of industrial, manufacturing, equipment, or facilities maintenance experience.
  • Experience leading employees, assigning work, or coordinating maintenance activities.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting experience and familiarity with preventive-maintenance programs and work-order management.
  • Preferred
  • Associate degree, technical diploma, or recognized certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems, or a related field.
  • Maintenance supervisory experience in manufacturing, including support of CNC machines or automated production equipment.
  • Experience with PLCs, electrical controls, equipment diagnostics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CMMS equipment history and performance reporting.
  • Relevant OSHA, electrical, HVAC, or other safety and technical certifications.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to move throughout the site, inspect equipment, and perform or assist with repairs; climb ladders, bend, kneel, reach, and work in confined or elevated areas as needed. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, and work near operating machinery where noise and temperature may vary. Administrative duties require prolonged sitting and computer use.
  • For candidates based in Minnesota, the pay range for this position is $79,600 - $135,300 per year.
  • Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific range for your location during the hiring process.
