Position Responsibilities

  • Directs daily activities of maintenance team.
  • Plans downtime – resources, scope and parts.
  • Creates & updates PM’s utilizing computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Spare parts management, including budgeting.
  • Perform trouble shooting and provide oversight of equipment repairs.
  • Manages vendor / manufacturer relationships.
  • Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained.
  • Associates degree in relevant technical field, or equivalent technical training knowledge and experience.
  • 5+ years in a maintenance leadership role.
  • Experience in reliability & productive maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of industrial health, safety and environmental (HS&E) standards and methods.
  • Ability to Plan, Organize and Direct team members to achieve results and accomplish goals.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions, drawings & schematics.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
  • Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering
  • Certification in Reliability or Total Production Maintenance (TPM) concepts
  • Experience in creation of successful maintenance program with high precision machines
