Maintenance Manager

Qualifications:

• · Recognised engineering qualification, such as an apprenticeship, HNC/HND, degree or equivalent.
• · Significant maintenance management experience within a manufacturing or regulated environment, including experience managing shift-based teams.
• · Demonstrable people management and leadership experience, with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
• · Health, Safety and Environmental qualification, such as IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH or equivalent.
• · Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and facilities maintenance systems.
• · Experience managing contractors, outsourced maintenance providers and service-level agreements.
• · Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, maintenance planning principles and preventative maintenance programmes.
• · Good understanding of UK statutory compliance requirements relating to manufacturing facilities and equipment.
• · Excellent communication, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• · Desirable experience or qualifications in Root Cause Analysis, Project Management, Lean/Continuous Improvement and/or reliability-centred maintenance.
