Role Description

As a full-time Writer at Yapı Kredi in Ankara, Türkiye, you will develop clear, engaging, and compliant content for various internal and external communication channels.

You will draft, edit, and adapt content for digital platforms, marketing materials, internal communications, and corporate documents, ensuring consistency with the bank’s tone of voice and brand guidelines.

On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with marketing, product, and corporate communication teams to translate complex financial information into accessible language for diverse audiences.

You will conduct research to support content development, maintain content calendars, and help optimize materials based on stakeholder feedback and performance data.

This is an on-site role that requires close coordination with cross-functional teams and timely delivery of high-quality written content.

Qualifications

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and audience-appropriate content in en_US.
  • Experience creating content for digital channels (web, social media, email) and adapting messages for different formats and platforms.
  • Ability to research complex topics, especially in financial services or banking, and translate them into accessible, accurate narratives.
  • Excellent command of grammar, style, and tone, with meticulous attention to detail and quality control.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with basic content management or collaboration tools; experience with SEO principles is an advantage.
  • Professional working proficiency in Turkish and English; prior experience in financial services or a large corporate environment is a plus.
