💼 Level: Mid-Level / Senior Level

  • We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to join our team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment, facilities, and systems.
  • You’ll lead maintenance teams, develop preventive maintenance programs, and work closely with operations and engineering departments to minimize downtime and support business objectives.
  • 🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily maintenance operations across facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for reliability improvements.
  • Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and support staff.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, spare parts, and vendor relationships.
  • Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, performance metrics, and operational documentation.
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in maintenance management, facilities management, or engineering operations.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and asset management principles.
  • Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
