Maintenance Lead

Overview

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure the execution of maintenance activities until plant handover to the Client.
• Support maintenance activities for rotating, static, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
• Read and analyze project technical documents such as P&ID, isometrics, and layouts to identify potential issues.
• Contribute to maintenance engineering activities, including asset register, RCM, RBI, maintenance plans, and CMMS preparation.
• Support predictive maintenance activities, including vibration, oil, thermal imaging, and CBM analysis.
• Contribute to turnaround management, including shutdown preparation, repair, retrofit, and downtime minimization.
• Apply knowledge of corrosion mechanisms, materials, and relevant standards such as NACE, API, and ISO.
• Ensure compliance with HSE work practices, including risk awareness, PPE, permit to work, and environmental protection.
• Support maintenance activities for process facilities, including onshore/offshore facilities and FPSO.
• Manage, coach, and supervise personnel involved in maintenance activities.
• Plan workloads and optimize resource allocation.
• Support post-order materials management, including supply chain, expediting, logistics, and quality control.

Your Profile

• You have strong knowledge of maintenance execution for rotating, static, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
• You are able to read and understand P&ID, isometrics, and layouts.
• You have solid knowledge of maintenance engineering, including asset register, RCM, RBI, maintenance plans, and CMMS preparation.
• You are familiar with predictive maintenance techniques such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermal imaging, and CBM analysis.
• You understand turnaround management, shutdown preparation, repair, retrofit, and downtime optimization.
• You have knowledge of corrosion mechanisms, materials, and standards such as NACE, API, and ISO.
• You apply strong HSE work practices, including risk awareness, PPE, permit to work, and environmental protection.
• You have knowledge of process facilities, including onshore/offshore facilities and FPSO.
• You have team management, coaching, supervision, workload planning, and resource optimization skills.
• You understand post-order materials management, including supply chain, expediting, logistics, and quality control.
