We are expanding our delivery team and seeking high calibre ‘Maintenance Improvement Specialists’ to support a potential client.

Role Overview
You will work as part of a small, high‑performance team delivering structured assessment, investigation, improvement planning, and implementation support for asset intensive operations.
Your work will directly influence operational readiness, governance maturity, and long‑term performance outcomes.
Diagnostic Assessment, Investigative Analysis, and Priority Action Implementation
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct operational observations, field assessments, and targeted investigations to validate real‑world performance and behaviours.
- Identify gaps, risks, and systemic issues through disciplined, evidence‑based root cause analysis.
- Develop clear, actionable improvement and gap‑closure plans with defined ownership and measurable outcomes.
- Prioritise actions based on risk, operational impact, and organisational readiness to execute.
- Support implementation of the highest‑priority actions to ensure momentum, Quality, and closure.
- Provide governance, readiness, and process‑improvement recommendations that strengthen long‑term performance and control.
Ideal Background
- Strong analytical capability and investigative mindset.
- Experience in maintenance, operations, shutdowns, Quality, or HSE.
- Skilled in root‑cause analysis, risk assessment, and structured reporting.
- Confident engaging with frontline teams and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable full execution of approved improvement and action plans, ensuring disciplined follow‑through and closure.
- Strengthen sustainability by reinforcing governance, controls, and accountability.
- Standardise core processes and embed institutionalised, repeatable ways of working across functions.
- Monitor progress, track performance, and verify compliance against defined standards and expectations.
- Provide coaching, capability uplift, and behavioural reinforcement to build confident, consistent teams.
- Support long‑term operational readiness and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Ideal Background
- Strong execution discipline and ability to drive change in the field.
- Experience in operational improvement, Quality, and continuous‑improvement.
- Skilled in coaching, stakeholder engagement, and process standardisation.
- Comfortable working across diverse teams and operational environments.
