Your Role
- As a Maintenance / Handyperson you will be looking after the facility and grounds for the most important people in our organisation – our clients.
Your tasks will include
Assist with general maintenance of the property, general care and securing of all equipment before leaving the facility each day
Manage garbage disposal by ensuring that refuse bins are always properly loaded, positioned for pick up and cleaned after pick up
Maintain maintenance schedules outlines in the duties list and ensure all scheduled checks are carried out
Perform driving duties of Ozcare vehicles as required
Undertake courier and delivery duties as required
Liaising with the gardening team

Role Requirements
- Current Police Screening Certificate
- Available Monday – Friday 7:00 – 15:30
- Demonstrated experience in stock management
- Good computer skills
- Cert 3 or a Trade Qualification in the Building Industry (desirable)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Current Queensland driver's licence
