Manage upkeep and functionality of MEP systems at OKSA’s Dubai site.
Support minimal downtime, safety compliance, and efficient operation of building services.
Maintenance responsibilities
- Oversee routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-safety systems.
- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs with internal teams and external vendors.
- Develop maintenance schedules, checklists, and SOPs to optimize system performance.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and raise requisitions for critical stock.
- Inspect the site to identify potential risks and check safety compliance.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and asset records.
- Coordinate operations with property management, tenants, and contractors.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns while minimizing disruption to site activities.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of UAE site experience in MEP maintenance.
- Real estate or facilities experience is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with Dubai safety and building regulations.
Pay
- Up to AED 8,000 per month.

- Work is in person in Dubai, UAE.
