Maintenance Engineer

Required Qualifications

• Qualifications and Education Technical secondary school, or equivalent practical experience.
• Work Experience Minimum of 7 years’ experience in can-making industry, including at least 3 years’ machine setting experience.
• Language Ability to communicate in business language – country specific.
• Knowledge Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety.
• Solid understanding of production processes, equipment, and technical operations.
• Working knowledge of maintenance-related standards and procedures, includingTotal Productive Maintenance (TPM), Autonomous Maintenance (AM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Communication and Working Relationships Communicate regularly with production, maintenance, technology, and quality departments to ensure efficient machine performance, coordinate maintenance activities, and support process improvements. May participate in communication with Group Technical Service, or external consultants during equipment-related inspections or improvement projects. May communicate with external service providers, auditors, or inspectors during visits, audits, or compliance checks. The employee may be required to engage in additional forms of communication as directed by the Company in alignment with operational requirements and based on business needs.
