Qualifications

  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or equivalent. • One (1) year general and preventative maintenance experience. • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • CERTIFICATION: • Valid state issued driver's license.
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: • Able to work from blueprints and interpret manufacturer's guidelines for the operation and maintenance of related equipment. • Knowledgeable of hand and power tools. • Basic knowledge of air conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, carpet, tile, flooring, and soldering. • Basic knowledge of wall repair and painting. • Equipment troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

  • PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assists in all general maintenance services, projects, and repairs as determined by Management. • Provides administrative, dispatch and technical support as directed by management.
  • Maintains casino, lighting, hotel rooms, hotel corridors, and all Back-of House and Front-of-House areas. • Repairs plumbing and associated equipment, to include toilet replacement, leaks in piping, faucet, and snake stopped drains. • Assists with repairs to air handlers, vent hoods, and kitchen equipment. • Perform repairs and refreshing of all building surfaces (interior and exterior). • Assists with hanging banners as required utilizing various equipment, lifts, etc. • Organizes and inventories storage and electrical rooms. • Assisting departments in moving or assembling office equipment and furniture. • Maintains water treatment of pool and spa. • Complete work orders in a timely manner. • Perform other job-related duties as requested by Management.
