About This Role
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Data Entry to support maintenance operations by accurately entering and tracking maintenance requests and spare parts in the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and process maintenance requests in the system
- Create and update spare parts requests in ERP
- Maintain accurate records of work orders and spare parts usage
- Coordinate with maintenance and warehouse teams
- Track and update request status until closure
- Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy
- Prepare basic reports when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Maintenance, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or logistics
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Good English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
