We are currently seeking an experienced

r to join a prestigious private residence in Dubai.
This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day maintenance activities across the property, ensuring all facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to exceptional standards.
Fluency in both English and Russian are essential

About The Role
The Maintenance Coordinator will oversee planned and reactive maintenance works, liaise with contractors and suppliers, and ensure the smooth operation of all technical aspects of the residence.
The successful candidate will take a proactive approach to property upkeep while maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.
Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities across the residence and associated buildings.
- Schedule and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance works.
- Conduct regular property inspections and report any maintenance requirements.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Contractor & Service Provider Coordination
- Liaise with external contractors, technicians, and specialist service providers.
- Coordinate site access, monitor work quality, and ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
- Assist with obtaining quotations and coordinating routine servicing.
Facilities Support
- Monitor the performance and condition of key building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, generators, security systems, and other essential infrastructure.
- Assist in coordinating repairs and servicing to minimize operational disruptions.
- Ensure maintenance documentation, service reports, and equipment records are kept up to date.
Inventory & Administration
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, warranties, and supplier information.
- Monitor maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support budget tracking by recording maintenance-related expenditures and purchase requests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator, Property Maintenance, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of building maintenance and technical systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- **Fluent in both English and Russian.**
