- We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator with a basic understanding of building MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and maintenance terminology to coordinate the day-to-day maintenance operations of our buildings.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance requests, coordinating with the in-house maintenance team, ensuring timely completion of repairs, and maintaining excellent communication with apartment tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and log maintenance requests into the system.
- Assign work orders to in-house maintenance technicians.
- Arrange required materials through approved vendors.
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate regularly with residents, clients, and internal staff regarding the status of maintenance requests.
- Escalate critical emergencies, unresolved issues, or recurring complaints to the Maintenance Manager.
- Collect and record customer feedback after repairs to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in maintenance coordination, facilities coordination, or an administrative role within maintenance operations.
- Basic understanding of building MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and maintenance terminology.
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with tenants, contractors, vendors, and senior management.
- Must have knowledge of Dubai Roads, to be able to plan the deployment of staff in best possible way.
- Ability to speak Urdu/ Hindi, English, and Arabic (preferable)
