The Maintenance Assistant/Driver responsibilities include helping our maintenance team maintain the grounds, prepare rooms for new residents, driving residents to appointments, and other light maintenance duties as assigned.

• Previous experience working in facilities management or maintenance preferred
• Experience in customer service
• Friendly manners and desire to be around and help our residents
• Valid Driver’s License required
