We’re looking for a
Civil Technician
who takes pride in their work and has an eye for detail to help us maintain the highest standards across our world-class facilities.
As a Civil Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic and structural quality of our Club.
From high-quality painting and wood restoration to civil maintenance works, your craftsmanship will directly contribute to the exceptional experience we deliver to our members and team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out painting works including preparation, finishing, and decorative applications
- Perform wood restoration (sanding, polishing, varnishing, staining, carpentry repairs)
- Execute civil maintenance tasks such as plastering, tiling, patching, and masonry
- Conduct routine inspections and proactively identify maintenance needs
- Respond to maintenance requests efficiently to minimize operational disruption
- Support renovation and refurbishment projects
- Maintain tools, materials, and ensure safe working practices
- Collaborate across departments to support daily operations
What Skills & Qualifications Are Required
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role (hospitality or residential preferred)
- Strong skills in painting, carpentry, and basic civil works
- Attention to detail with a passion for quality and finishing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving license
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
