We are looking for a skilled Machinist/Grinding Technician to join our precision manufacturing team.

This role is ideal for a machinist who thrives on technical challenges, and high-quality craftsmanship .

Job requirements

📍 Hatboro, PA | Full-Time

You will become an expert in a range of grinding processes including:

• Grinding between centers
• Chucking OD grinding
• Chucking ID grinding

You will operate a variety of grinding machines including:

• CNC conversational programming
• Multi-tool setups

• Same as above with non-round grinding capability

• Conversational programming
• Between-centers grinding
• Track job time accurately through job clock-in/clock-out
• Follow scheduled job lists created by the supervisor
• Work closely with Quality Assurance technicians on critical inspections
• Handle customer components with extreme care to minimize scrap
• Maintain a strong focus on quality and efficiency

• Experience in OD/ID grinding preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

• Technical school or machining apprenticeship a plus

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Pride in craftsmanship and quality work
• Willingness to learn advanced grinding techniques

This position involves both shop floor and technical work, including:

• Standing at machines for up to 10 hours per day
• Walking the shop floor regularly
• Lifting up to 50 lbs or more
• Occasional computer use for programming and documentation
