Machine Operator - Tissue Mill

Overview

What You'll do

• **Equipment Operation:** Exercises operational responsibility for a paper machine accordance with standard operating procedures and approved safety procedures to ensure continuous and efficient operations and quality standards and meeting of line production targets.
• **System Performance:** Monitors system performance and, under the direction of paper machine supervisor, manipulates calibrations and settings to ensure synchronization of unit stages, efficient throughput and minimal down time.
• **Troubleshooting:** Troubleshoots routine, by implement CIL and defect handling system during the process through recalibration of Centre line in order to keep production break down and unplanned stops to a minimum. Escalates the more serious malfunctions to paper machine supervisor.
• **Reporting & Documentation:** Logbook operating parameters, DMSs to ensure operations are within normal limits and that all irregularities are reported to paper machine supervisor for advice and/or solution.
• **Raw Materials:** Report availability of raw materials consumables against the production plan to his supervisor in order that shortages do not interrupt production.
• **Maintenance:** Report malfunctions and undertakes minor maintenance activities in order optimize operating efficiency and prolong asset life and value.
• What You'll need :
• 1-2 years of experience is **Paper/Tissue Manufacturing Industry**.
• Strong knowledge of operating and safety procedures and standards.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of equipment and process his own area.
