- المسمى الوظيفي: مشغل آلة
- الهدف من الوظيفة:
- تشغيل ومراقبة خطوط الإنتاج والآلات الصناعية وفق إجراءات التشغيل المعتمدة لضمان تحقيق أهداف الإنتاج بالجودة المطلوبة وبأعلى معايير السلامة والكفاءة.
- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تشغيل الآلات والمعدات وفق تعليمات التشغيل القياسية.
- إعداد وضبط الآلة قبل بدء التشغيل.
- مراقبة سير الإنتاج والتأكد من جودة المنتج أثناء التشغيل.
- اكتشاف الأعطال البسيطة والإبلاغ عن الأعطال الفنية لمشرف الإنتاج أو قسم الصيانة.
- تنفيذ أعمال التنظيف والصيانة الوقائية اليومية للآلة.
- تسجيل بيانات الإنتاج والتوقفات والأعطال في النماذج المعتمدة.
- الالتزام بإجراءات الجودة والسلامة والصحة المهنية.
- المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب منطقة العمل.
- المساهمة في تقليل الهدر وتحسين كفاءة التشغيل.
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة يطلبها المدير المباشر.
- المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- شهادة في الاختصاص او ما يعادلها.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في تشغيل الآلات الصناعية من ٣ الى ٥ سنوات
- القدرة على قراءة تعليمات التشغيل واتباعها.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل.
- الالتزام والانضباط والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
Job Purpose
Operate and monitor production machines and equipment in accordance with approved operating procedures to achieve production targets while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Set up and adjust machines before production runs.
- Monitor production processes and ensure product quality during operation.
- Identify minor machine issues and report technical problems to the supervisor or maintenance team.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance tasks.
- Record production data, downtime, and machine issues accurately.
- Follow quality, safety, and occupational health requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support waste reduction and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
& Requirements
- diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- in the same field 3-5 years
- Previous machine operation experience is preferred.
- Ability to follow operating instructions and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, discipline, and reliability.
