Machine Operator

Prioritize safety while operating and monitoring packaging machines to deliver quality products to customers

Inspect packaging materials to confirm proper forming and sealing and monitor equipment to prevent line jams

Document quality and production results, including code dates, material usage, and metal detection checks

Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Participate in ongoing improvement efforts to enhance efficiency across the production line

Support equipment sanitation and maintain a clean, organized work environment

High school diploma or GED

One year of experience in a manufacturing environment

Understanding of basic machine operations and equipment settings

More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include:

Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.

Performing consistent repetitive tasks.

Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
