Position Description
Sets up and operates manufacturing equipment following standard work procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Performs basic program call-ups on manufacturing equipment.
- Follows standard work procedures to manufacture parts.
- Reads and interprets blueprints and job orders.
- Completes all work to required print specifications.
- Evaluates and inspects finished products for accuracy.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Skills Requirements
Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
Education
High School diploma
Experience Requirements
1 to 2 years experience preferred.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Some physical demand; often lifts light weight material.
Rarely lifting/moving average weight (25-50 lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
Generally good working conditions.
Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
