• Operate manufacturing equipment, including turret and bending machines • Inspect parts using measuring tools and fixtures • Monitor production and adjust machine settings to maintain quality • Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues • Rotate and support different areas of the shop as needed • Follow safety and quality standards • Assist with additional production tasks as needed

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred — but entry-level candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply (training provided!) • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn • Strong attention to quality and safety • Ability to work in multiple shop areas • Ability to pass drug screen and background check
