- Start machines or equipment to begin process
- Prepare materials and assemble equipment before starting up the line
- Monitor performance of production equipment and adjust parameters as per standard procedures
- Observe operation and notify equipment operator of malfunctions
- Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre requirements
- Report problems/changes related to Food Safety Management System to direct supervisor
- Comply with Food Fraud and Food Defense requirements
- Attend mandatory Food Safety Management System trainings
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Personal Hygiene
Requirements
- Ability to read, understand and comply with tasks described in Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
- Good understanding and application of food safety standards
- Good understanding and application of safety and environmental standards

Duties
- Starts machines or equipment to begin process
- Prepare materials and assemble equipment before starting up the line
- Monitor the performance or production equipment and adjust parameters as per the standards procedures
- Observes operation and notifies equipment operator or malfunctions
- Compliance with Company Standards
- Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre requirements within the workplace
- Take all reasonable measures to maintain food integrity and keep customers safe
- Report problems /changes related to Food Safety Management System to direct supervisor and line leader
- Comply with the Food Fraud and Food Defense requirements established
- Report suspicious acts as per Food Defense and Food Fraud Procedure
- Attend the mandatory and refresher Food Safety Management System trainings as per the schedule
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Personal Hygiene
Professional Skills
- Ability to read, understand and comply with tasks described on the Operating Procedures and Work Instruction
- Good understanding and application of food safety standards
- Good understanding and application of safety and environmental standards
